| Abstract: | 本学児童学科の幼稚園実習のあり方を振り返り,過去5年間の実習生の実習園評価票データを分析した。本稿では,次の点を検討した: (1) 実習評価を構成している因子に反映される,保育者が暗黙裡に行っている実習評価の観点,(2) 指定園実習, 自己開拓園実習のそれぞれにおける各評価因子の評価が「総合評価」に与える影響, (3) 指定園実習における各評価因子の評価が,次年度の自己開拓園実習の各評価因子の評価や「総合評価」に与える影響の様相, (4) 指定園実習における実習園問の評価傾向の差異。 |
