スクールカウンセリングにおける不登校への取り組み : 援助過程における「父親」「母親」役割の試み

Abstract

本研究では,クラブ活動での挫折を契機に不登校に陥つた女子高校生のスクールカウンセリング事例を通じて,スクールカウンセラーによる「父親」「母親」としての援助の利点と課題を検討した。家族関係の模索という課題をもつクライエントが,実際の父母による充分な関わりが望めない場合,カウンセラーが「父親」「母親」としての役割を担うことが,思春期の自立への援助に有効であることが明らかになった。しかし,カウンセラーが「父親」としてクライエントを社会に押し出す場合,押し出される先に「居場所」を確保しておくことが不可欠であり,そのための連携が重要であると思われた。また,連携において,スクールカウンセラーは,不登校生徒と教師,教育と医療をつなぐ役割を担うとともに,集団の力動に惑わされない安定した視点で,不登校生徒や教師などに支持的に関わることが重要であると思われた。

This study is to discuss the merits and the concerns of the "Father" and the "Mother" supports by the school counselor. It is examined through the case of the high school female student who refused the attendance by the failure in the club activity. We gathered it was effective for adolescences that the counselor took the "Father" and the "Mother" roles upon herself, in the case that the clients groping for the good family relationship couldn't receive the enough support by his/her parents. However, when the counselor takes the "Father" role to push out the non-attendant students to the community, preparing the "place" to call his/her own is very important. Therefore, the school counselor and the community members, such as the teachers, have to have the good cooperation. The school counselor has to assume the liaison among the students and the teachers, the family, and the community medicine. Also, the school counselor is expected to support them without being deluded with the group dynamics.
