Abstract: 健康レシピに期待される効能効果を評価するために,渡辺 武氏によって考案された漢方医学の気血水理論に基づくレーダーグラフ法を用いて,健康レシピ(53品)と漢方薬,それぞれのレーダーグラフの近似性を検討した。腸内環境を整えるレシピの9品中8品(約89%),貧血予防に期待できるレシピの15品中6品(40%),動脈硬化の予防に期待できるレシピの14品中7品(50%),免疫力のアップに期待できるレシピの15品中7品(約47%)が漢方薬と近似していた。健康レシピの全53品中28品(約53%)が漢方薬と近似していた。近似したレシピの内,腸内環境を整えるレシピは便秘を改善し,貧血予防に期待できるレシピは貧血を予防し,動脈硬化の予防に期待できるレシピは血液の流れを良くし,免疫力のアップに期待できるレシピは抵抗力を強くするのではないかと考えられる。To evaluate the positive effects of healthy meal recipes, the similarity between the radar charts (radar graphs) of 53 healthy meal recipes and those of Kampo medicines was examined using the radar chart method established by Takeshi Watanabe. This radar chart method applies the Kampo medicine theory, which posits that life is based on vital energy, blood and body fluid. The radar charts of 8 out of 9 recipes (approximately 89%) for improving intestinal environment, 6 out of 15 recipes (40%) for preventing anemia, 7 out of 14 recipes (50%) for preventing arteriosclerosis, and 7 out of 15 recipes (47%) for boosting immunity were similar to the radar charts of Kampo medicines. Overall, 28 out of 53 healthy meal recipes (approximately 53%) showed similarity to the radar charts of Kampo medicines. Of similar recipes, it is suggested that recipes for improving intestinal environment may improve constipation, those for preventing anemia may help prevent anemia, those for preventing arteriosclerosis may enhance blood flow, and those for boosting immunity may strengthen resistance.
