男女共同参画の都市（まち）づくり : 女性の社会参画の変遷と住居、職場、都市構造のハードに関する都市の変化

Abstract

都市域の拡大は職住近接の生活から郊外居住地と都心職場の空間的分離を生み出し、男女や家族の生活に大きな影響を与えている。どのような住居、職場、都市構造が男女の社会参画を容易にし、男女共同参画社会にハード面からつなぐことができるか。個別空間だけでなく、それを超えて都市の空間を統合的に男女共同参画社会との関係性を捉えたいとする試みである。本研究はまず女性の社会進出と住居、職場、都市構造の変化がどのような関係にあるかハード面から大阪市と大阪都市圏、戦後から1975年以降を中心に分析した。住居の間取り、職場のオフィスビル、通勤・外出の移動空間、保育所の配置の変遷などから、都市構造、居住環境、子育てしながら働き続けられるまち、オフィス環境、社会参画を支える都市機能から、それぞれにハードの変遷と男女共同参画は個別にまた総体的相互に関係しており、より良い都市へと変化、進展していることが明らかになった。

The expand of city area separated workplace in city & house in the suburbs from house with workplace in city. That separation serious influenced the life of men & women and families. We analysis the relations between changing women's social participation and houses, workplaces, urban structure in hardware at Osaka City and Osaka large City Area about today from after the War. As a result, we found that the plan of housing, the plan of office buildings, commuting trains, arrangement of nurseries, the change of each hardware related separately and synthetic. So the change of city evolves the better life & better city.
