| 抄録: | 本稿では、すべての虐待事案に対し児童相談所が主体となって機能する現行の介入システムの問題点を明らかにし、被虐待児のトラウマケアに焦点をあてながら、重大事案に特化した司法・医療主体の新しい介入システムの構築について提言する。
Herein I define the issues of current systematic intervention by a child guidance center in all cases of childabuse. I propose a novel judicial and medical systematic intervention specialized in serious cases to care abused children. |
