日本の社会保障制度の現代的課題

Abstract

既発表の4 論稿においては、欧米および日本における社会福祉の発展過程についての歴史的考察を行った。本稿においては、次のような考察を試みる。第一に、現代日本の社会保障制度をめぐる政治的、社会的、経済的状況を概観する。第二に、貧困、格差、社会的排除の現代における実態と特徴を明らかにする。第三に、この課題を克服していくための方向性を模索する。

In my previously published papers, I made historical studies of the growth process of social welfare in Western countries and in Japan. In this paper, I intend to discuss the following problems. First, it is attempted to make a survey of the political, social, and economical conditions, in which social security system of contemporary Japan is situated. Secondly, it is also attempted to make clear the actual state and the characteristics of poverty, inequality, and social exclusion in contemporary Japan. Thirdly, I discuss how we can find a way to solve these difficult problems.
