Abstract: Nursing teacher training courses require 30 hours of clinical nursing practice at a hospital in order to obtain a license. The practice has four purposes, 1. Learn the basics of nursing, 2. Learn about human relationships, 3. Learn about hospital functions, 4. Learn about collaboration between medical institutions and schools. This report summarizes what the students comments after the practical training, what they learned during the practical training, and the differences in learning content between different training facilities, and uses it as a resource for thinking about more effective clinical nursing training. Students are learning the communication skills of nurses and interprofessional collaboration within the hospital. They are also learning about the necessity of cooperation between hospitals and schools, and the desirable specific methods of cooperation. On the other hand, only a small number of students learned nursing skills other than communication and physical assessment performed by nurses. The point of improvement was considered to be learning more nursing skills from nurses. There are differences in training content depending on the training facility, and it is necessary to follow up with on-campus guidance.
