| 抄録: | 本稿においては、女性の地位に関する法社会学的研究の一部としてマイノリティ女性の権利の射程を考えるために、マイノリティ女性およびその権利について現在どのような議論や認識が存在し内外の法過程がどのような状態にあるかを、とりわけ「マイノリティ女性」という表現に注目し、この表現がはらむ可能性と課題を手がかりとして概観する。
As a preliminary study on the possibilities and limits of the rights of minority women now on the move in Japan and on the international level, in this article, the rights, the meaning of minority women and the activities of the NGOs of minority women are investigated. |
