新型コロナ時代の大学における遠隔講義の「アナリティクス」教育データ分析

Abstract

2020年度前期のコロナ禍での遠隔講義で取得したアンケート結果と、YouTube 上の講義VOD（Video On Demand）教材のアクセス結果を分析した。ここでアクセスログの取得にはYouTube のコンテンツ作成で標準的に得られるAnalysics データを利用した。分析の結果、遠隔講義は教師の想定以上に、学生には多くの長所・短所があることが判明した。またその傾向は講義VOD のアクセス分析（ラーニング・アナリティックス分析）でも実証的に示された。特にVOD 教材のアナリティックス分析からは、学生の学習行動について多くの新知見が得られることも明らかとなった。本報告では、それらの知見を具体的なデータで示し、また考察を記述した。 Results are analyzed of the questionnaire obtained from the distance lectures in “Corona” Period (COVID19) during the first half of 2020, as well as of the access log for the lecture VOD’s (Video On Demand) on YouTube. In order to obtain the access log of YouTube contents, use is made of the so-called “Analysics” obtained as standard when creating YouTube content. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the distance lectures have numerous and noteworthy advantages on top of the disadvantages, both of which may be beyond imagination, for the students more than the teachers anticipated. The tendency was also in accord with the access log analysis (“learning analytics” analysis) of the lecture VOD. In particular, the analytics of VOD materials have revealed that many new findings can be obtained regarding the student’s learning behavior. In this report, these findings are shown with the statistical data, and the discussions heretofore discovered are described.
