Abstract

１．これからの浜松を担う産業として「光」にたいする期待が高い。浜松ホトニクスの技術を活用し、超精密加工の分野を開拓する動きが本格化している。２．産業全体に協力・連携への意識が高まっている。シリコンバレータイプの技術者を核とするネットワークづくり、それを基盤とする柔軟なプロジェクト形成が模索されている。３．統計データから、浜松地域の製造業が近年も好調に伸びていることを確認できる。特に浜松市周辺の伸びが顕著である。４．浜松地域の開業率は以外に低い。しかし業種転換率は高い。高度成長期以後の浜松は、企業の開廃業が活発というよりも、既存企業が新しい分野に果敢に挑戦し生きのびてきた地域といえる。

a. Optical industry is expected to lead Hamamatsu economy. Projects, which intend to unite various processing technologies with light technology of Hamamatsu Photonics k.k., have started. b. Engineer networks are regarded as most important basis of business co—operations, and the collaboration software for products development is now available for many users. c. Manufacturing industries of the area has grown steadily in the low growth of Japanese economy. d. Business start—up rate in the area is low, but high business conversion rate of established enterprise shows that challenge spirit of Hamamatsu enterprise is well preserved.
