Abstract: Recording is an important task for care workers. Nursing practice is an opportunity to learn recording techniques by creating a diary. The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze the practical diary, where the trainees recorded their experiences in the practical training and how they recorded what they learned. The analysis of words in the training diary for each training type suggested that the trainees’ viewpoints changed according to the training goals and objectives, and that they learned nursing through a series of processes.
