企業におけるワーク・ライフ・バランスの取組実態と課題 : 中小企業を主とした大阪市内事業所の調査から

Abstract

ワーク・ライフ・バランスは仕事や家庭、地域など個人の多様なライフスタイルやライフステージにおいて自らが望む生活をすることである。政府は2007年に「仕事と生活の調和（ワーク・ライフ・バランス）」を推進するため憲章や行動指針を出した。男女が共に自らの生活を選択できるよう職場である企業において取組まれる必要がある。中小企業が多い大阪市内の事業所3631社を対象に調査し、ワーク・ライフ・バランスの具体的な取組の実態と効果と課題を把握した。少子・高齢・人口減少社会へ急激に変化するいま、多様な働き方への見直しは個人と企業、社会にとって不可欠である。しかし、調査から言葉の認知度が低く、その意味が従業員と企業ともよく理解されておらず、もっと具体的な内容との照合が必要であると考えられる。また従業員規模別の取組の格差が大きい。

The work life balance, it means that men & women can do there own life style and life stage at the work and family. Japan government drew up The Charter and The guideline in 2007 about work life balance. We put into the fact-finding research for small and medium-sized 3631 enterprises in Osaka City about work life balance. So we got hold of facts and results, and problems. We found that enterprises and workers don't understand well the means of "work life balance", and that a great difference between big-sized enterprises and small sized enterprises. It needs to change the work style for individual and society, because we are now in child decreasing society, depopulation society, and aging society in Japan.
