戦後日本人の生活変化と山間過疎地域の実態 : 高齢者の生活における家政学的研究の可能性

Abstract

家政学の目的が,生活の向上と人類の福祉であり,その対象は家庭生活を中心とした人間生活であることから,介護福祉といった切り口から家政学の視点で研究をし,人々の生活に還元していくことが可能なのではないかと考えた。そこで,家政学領域での介護福祉の位置づけを探り,戦後の日本人の生活の営みが何によって動かされたのかを明らかにし,高度成長期が生み出した山間過疎地域の高齢者の生活実態を明確にすることで,家政学的研究の可能性を推察することとした。

The purposes of home economics are improvement of life and welfare of the mankind, and therefore its object is human life centering around the family life. The author presumed that the research to be made in terms of the care work from the viewpoint of home economics will make it possible to return the fruits of the research to the life of people. With this in mind, in the current research the author has tried to find out, first of all, the positioning of the care work in home economics, then to clarify the factors which motivated the life of the Japanese people after the war, and further to clarify the actual living conditions of the old people in the underpopulated mountainous area which were produced in the process of the post-war high economic growth, and finally to search for the possibility of home economics research.
