非営利組織における組織運営コントロールの検討

Abstract

Recently, an increasing number of organizations provide social services. Yet, non-profit organizations (NPOs) are facing challenges in stable organizational management and service provision. Focusing on management cycles and service-provision cycles, this paper examined the service-provision systems among NPOs. The results show that management cycles are determined by the organization's mission, whereas service-provision cycles are determined by service recipients. The study also found that these 2 cycles change dynamically within the organization.
