http://hdl.handle.net/11173/4230 2026-02-27 Wed, 09 Sep 2026 22:49:05 GMT 2026-09-09T22:49:05Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/4256 タイトル: 居住支援にかかわる手引きの現状と課題 : 相談支援の視点から 著者: 橋本, 有理子; 成清, 敦子 抄録: 近年，長寿化の進行や家族形態の多様化に伴い，高齢者や障害者の一人暮らし世帯やひとり親世帯が増えている一方で，賃貸人の6～7 割は，住宅提供への拒否感を感じているという調査もある。そのため，円滑な住宅提供と居住の安定を図るための支援が求められており，その内容がまとめられた手引きの活用は，的確な居住支援には不可欠になってきている。したがって本研究の目的は，わが国における居住支援の主な経過と現状をふまえたうえで，全国で設立されている居住支援協議会を調べ，公開されている居住支援にかかわる手引きを確認し，その現状と課題を相談支援の視点から整理することにある。研究の結果，手引きの現状としては，住宅確保の支援と生活支援といった切れ目のない支援が盛り込まれていることが明らかになった。また支援過程が円滑に進むように，様々な手段や書面とその活用促進が紹介されていたり，日本語以外の言語による手引きも作成されている。一方の課題として，手引きの作成が関係者向けにとどまっている協議会もみられることから，要配慮者向けの手引きも作成することにより，要配慮者と関係者がお互いの立場や価値観の尊重や理解，それに伴う関係者の不安・負担軽減も期待できると考える。また要配慮者の中には様々な事情や理由から，置かれている状況が十分に理解できないこともあるため，関係者から要配慮者への関わりにおいては一定の配慮が求められる。そのため，具体的な配慮内容や支援過程で求められる視点を盛り込んだ手引きも必要になるといえる。 Thu, 26 Feb 2026 15:00:00 GMT http://hdl.handle.net/11173/4256 2026-02-26T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/4254 タイトル: スクールソーシャルワーカーの職務について : 理想とする職務と実践との関連に焦点をあてて 著者: 鈴木, 依子; 大川, 尚子 抄録: The purpose of this study was to clarify whether the ideal job responsibilities of school social workers (SSWers) influence the actual duties they perform in educational settings. The study targeted 61 SSWers belonging to boards of education within the Kinki region and analyzed factors affecting the duties they practice using multivariate analysis. The results revealed that the ideal job responsibilities, which form the basis of their professional expertise, do in fact influence the duties SSWers carry out. Regarding "building in-school team structures and supporting faculty," the findings suggested that SSWers who are committed to this area tend to be more conscious of their ideal role in "building in-school team structures and supporting faculty," particularly when they are satisfied with their work arrangements. Similarly, SSWers who are dedicated to acting as "advocates for students and parents" also tend to have a strong awareness of their role as "advocates for students and parents." First, to capture the characteristics of a multifaceted self, we developed a new Masked Self Scale and evaluated its reliability. To further assess its validity and utility, we compared it with scales from previous research. Using the three factor scores of the Self-Plurality Scale(Fujino, 2022) together with the Masked Self Scale score, cluster analysis identified four groups: the Masked Multiplicity Group, the Natural Multiplicity Group, the Unitary Self Group, and the Average Group. One-way ANOVAs were then conducted with cluster membership as the independent variable and MEIS scores and sense of social adjustment as dependent variables. The results showed that the Unitary Self Group and the Natural Multiplicity Group had significantly higher identity and adjustment scores, whereas the Masked Multiplicity Group had significantly lower scores. These findings suggest the existence of an adaptive group with a multifaceted self and offer new insights into identity formation among contemporary youth.
