Based on the analyses of valid 111 samples (response ratio: 64.9%; valid response ratio: 59.0%), it was considered that the essential points were the coaching for students on the basic ideas and rules of facilitation as well as on the techniques to visualize and structuralize dialogues and the reduction of their anxiety for group activities. Those responsible for a class are required to improve their facilitation skills such as designing learning environments and enhancing communications among students. Nursing practice is an opportunity to learn recording techniques by creating a diary. The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze the practical diary, where the trainees recorded their experiences in the practical training and how they recorded what they learned. The analysis of words in the training diary for each training type suggested that the trainees’ viewpoints changed according to the training goals and objectives, and that they learned nursing through a series of processes. As a result, in order to develop education based on the viewpoints of no-lifting care and occupational health even in the training course, it is necessary to create an educational system for intuitive learning. Also there is an urgent need for improvement in the knowledge and skills of certified care worker training courses teachers, clarification of policies on occupational health and No Lifting Care education by the national, the academic organization related to care education, and support with their effectiveness.
