抄録: Effectiveness of a training program for students understanding of disability using a "Psychologically Simulated Experience for LD, ADHD" were examined. Students in the training course of nursery teacer (n = 35) and yogo teacher (school nurse, n = 64) were participated in this study. The basic programs of "attention deficit" were selected in the present study. Special Educational Needs Specialist conducted this program. All students participated in the program reported their considerations about support methods for children with LD and ADHD especially attention deficit. The results from reports analysis, effectiveness for understanding of disability and support methods of LD and ADHD were confirmed.</description>

抄録: Instant foods, especially instant noodles are popular as lunch at university because of the convenience. However instant noodles do not contain enough nutrients at one feed. In this paper, university and high school students attitudes toward instant foods were studied. About 45% of students consumed instant foods more than once a week. While Ramen was most popular for both males and females, females consumed more Harusame noodle with low energy than males. Most students thought that instant foods are convenient, tasty, and low-price but high-calorie and unhealthful. When they ate instant foods, they felt tasty and contentment as positive feeling, but many students also felt bad for health, regret, and guilty as negative feeling. It will be needed to attempt to improve students dietary life.</description>

抄録: Texture sensation is one of the important factor on palatability of food. Recently, soft and smooth food are preferred. In this study, we measured physical parameters using rheometer, spectorometer, 1H-MRI and tested organoleptic evaluation on commercially available custard pudding. The relation was found between measured hardness by rheometer and organoleptic evaluation. Softer and smoother pudding contained more fat. However, there was no association between softness or smoothness and palatability. The only one factor denseness associated to palatability, but the factor of denseness was not clear.</description>

抄録: We examined that tablet computer and smartphone could use as a tool to Ecological Momentary Assessment. We adopted Visual analog scale (VAS) as a scale of EMA. Generally, a straight line of 100 mm is used when we perform VAS. In this study, we examined the error with the value to be obtained in normal VAS and short VAS and examined the reliability of the input to short VAS. 20 young women input mood at that time in order of paper VAS, iPad, a smartphone at the point of at 10:00, 12:00 and 15:00. It was mean –0.416 (variance 43.94) on differences between smartphone and paper VAS. It was mean 0.25 (variance 34.70) on differences between iPad and paper VAS. There is no significant difference by t test. The ICC of paper VAS and iPad, single measurements 0.969 (p&lt;0.001), mean measurements 0.984 (p&lt;0.001), the Cronbach α coefficient were 0.984. The ICC of paper VAS and the smartphone, single measurements 0.957 (p&lt;0.001), mean measurements 0.978 (p&lt;0.001), the Cronbach α coefficient were 0.978. Both smartphone and iPad showed very high reproducibility. VAS using the conventional paper had been conducted by scales 100 mm or more, but was able to test that we could treat even a scale of around 50 mm of the smartphone equally.</description>
