http://hdl.handle.net/11173/3334 2022-01-31 2026-02-09T23:10:48Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/3417 タイトル: 生活世界を支える住まいとアイデンティティ : フランスにおける自律回復を目指すDV被害者支援とは 著者: 柿本, 佳美 抄録: 本稿は、新型コロナウィルス感染拡大に伴う外出制限令のもと、フランス政府が行った配偶者間暴力（DV）被害者支援に関する取り組みとアソシアシオンの協働をたどりながら、住まいと住むことの意味を検討する。近年、フランス政府は、女性殺人の件数が高止まりのままであることから、DVを含む女性殺人を女性の人権を侵害する重大な問題と位置づけ、対策を強化している。2019年の「グルネル」では関係省庁とアソシアシオンとの間の協議が重ねられ、政府は1000か所の被害者向け住宅の設置とDV被害者支援へのさらなる対策を約束した。2020年3月に始まる外出制限令下において、矢継ぎ早に打ち出されたDV被害者支援は、この討議の成果である。フランスの場合、保護命令が発令されると、被害者はそれまでの住まいにとどまることができる。しかし、家事事件裁判官がDVの事実を見過ごすか、あるいは保護命令の発令を躊躇するならば、被害者は自分自身と子どもたちを守るために住居から離れることにもなりかねない。「住まい」と「住むこと」に立ち返ると、住まいのなかで私たちは自分自身を取り戻し、住まいは親しいひととの間に構築する人間関係の結節点となる。そうすると、住み慣れた住まいから離れるDV被害者は、それまでの人間関係を失いかねない。これは、当事者にとってはアイデンティティの一部を失うことにもなるだろう。被害者の自由を保障するためには、選択肢の幅を広げることが必要となろう。This article aims to clarify the meaning of the house and the housing in the protection of the victims of domestic violence（DV）, tracing the French government’s administration and the cooperation with the associations concerned in the period of the confinement of the Covid-19. In these years, the high number of the feminicide, in which most of the case is DV, has been the grave issue on human rights of women in France. In 2019, the Secretary of State for Gender Equality and the associations had the multiparty meetings, called “Grenelle against domestic violence”. Grace of the discussion, the accurate measures have been done as soon as the confinement began and the number of the feminicide decreased dramatically. In French law, when the protection of the victim is ordered by the Judge of the family court, the victim can live in the house. But if the judge does not recognize the fact of DV or hesitates to order the protection of the victims, the victim ought to leave from the residence, in order to protect her and her children. Returning the meaning the house and housing, the house is the space in which we are in ourselves and the nodal point of one’s relationship with the intime people. For the victims who must move from the residence, the evacuation from it may bring the end of the relationship with the friends and neighbors. It may cause the partial loss of her identity. To guarantee the liberty of the victim, either evacuating from the house or living in their house, it is necessity to augment the variation of choice. 2022-01-30T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/3418 タイトル: キャリア研究における未来の自己概念 : 文献レビュー 著者: 北村, 雅昭 抄録: 本論の目的は、環境変化が激しく、先の見通しが難しい中で、なりたい自分に向けて個人のキャリアを導く「暫定自己」、「仕事における未来自己」という未来の自己概念について、文献レビューを行うことである。これまでのキャリア研究は、振り返りや意味づけなど回顧的な面が中心であったが、将来が不確実になるに伴い、夢や希望などの未来志向の視点をキャリア研究に取り入れる必要性が高まっている。「暫定自己」は、新しい仕事役割への適応やキャリア・チェンジにあたり、ひとはどのようにキャリア・アイデンティティを再構築するのかについて、「仕事における未来自己」は、なぜひとは不確実な未来に向けて能動的行動が取れるのかについて理解する手がかりを与えてくれる。これらの概念は、不確実な環境の中で意味深いキャリアを歩む「持続可能なキャリア」を考える上で、有用な概念であり、今後ますますその重要性が高まる研究分野だといえる。The purpose of this paper is to review the current literature focusing on the future self-concepts, especially on "provisional selves" and "future work selves." In the past, career research was mainly past-oriented, such as looking back or meaning making. But as the future becomes more uncertain, there is a growing need to incorporate future-oriented perspectives, such as dreams and hopes into career research. The "provisional selves" concept provides a clue to understand how people reconstruct their career identity when they face new work roles or career changes, and so does the "future work selves" concept to understand why people can take proactive behavior toward an uncertain future. These future self-concepts are useful in thinking about "sustainable careers" that allow people to have meaningful careers in the uncertain world, and are an area of research that will become increasingly important in the future. 2022-01-30T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/3419 タイトル: Abstracts 2022-01-30T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/3420 タイトル: ポピュラー音楽を大学初年次のメディアリテラシー教育に利用する 著者: 江口, 聡 抄録: 本稿では、大学初年次の少人数授業においてポピュラー音楽を用いたメディアリテラシー入門の試みを紹介する。現在主流のメディアリテラシー教育の考え方と、楽曲を「プライマリーテキスト」としたポピュラー音楽研究の成果をとりいれることにより、大学生にふさわしいメディアリテラシー修得に向けた動機が得られると主張したい。最後にメディアリテラシー教育の観点から望まれるポピュラー音楽研究の方向について触れる。In this paper, I propose a method to utilize pieces of popular music and their lyrics for college level media literacy education. After briefly surveying literature of Japanese popular music studies, I introduce the ideas and methods of the second level and college level media education and mainstream textbooks of ongoing popular music studies, in order to identify the points we should emphasize in interpreting popular music and its lyrics. Then I review some of my own class activities to show how collective interpretations of songs and lyrics in the classroom can be beneficial to improve students’ ability to understand media and musical art, and students' communication skills. 2022-01-30T15:00:00Z
