Many citizens have been contributing to the success of it, holding Iida Puppet Festa as the largest event in the city. The event has been held for 35 years in a roll, involving many citizen participants. 　In this study, I analyze the factor of this success from citizen spectator participants. As result of the investigation to parents of kindergarten and nursery schools, the following was made clear. The first point, the purpose that a citizen spectator participates in Iida Puppet Festa is because they want to show children puppet show. The second point, puppet play is incorporated in the education of the kindergarten and nursery schools, and, the kindergarten and nursery schools tell the information about the puppet play to parents. The third point, parents who participated in Iida puppet Festa come to be interest in community development. 2016-03-14T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11173/2293 タイトル: 能楽の人材育成と事業システム 著者: 西尾, 久美子; NISHIO, Kumiko 抄録: 本研究は、650年以上継続する能楽を事例にとりあげ、高度なスキルを継承・育成する専門職の育成と事業システムについて考察することを目的とする。　能楽では、各流儀の師弟関係を基盤に指導育成が行われ、技能形成に応じた楽曲を舞台で披露するので、被育成者の技能発揮の状況や評価が明示される。また能楽の舞台で主役を務めるシテ方能楽師には明確なキャリアの節目となる楽曲があり、育成責任を担う一門の長や、中堅の能楽師同士の連携によって、節目の楽曲披露のための場が企画される。また、舞台に立つプロフェッショナル自らが、能力発揮の機会を設定するという事業の仕組みがあることも明らかになった。; This study is intend as a social scientific investigation for as to why in Japanese traditional culture "Noh" has maintained its high quality performance and survived to this day, with a focus on the structure of human resource management and business system. Noh was built on the achievements of Kanami and Zeami in the 14th-century. Nohgakusi, professional players of Noh, their skills and techniques are usually passed down orally from master to student in an apprentice system having traditional relationships.
