抄録: Social media has made tremendous progress with the rapid spread of smartphones. The use of social networking services(SNS)has become a second nature, and there have been major changes in how we communicate. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the background to, and psychological characteristics of SNS dependence. SNS are deeply involved in everyday life for those in the younger generations, and people who are likely to become dependent on SNS are stressed by actual human relationships. In addition, SNS not only fulfill a praise-seeking need for approval such as hoping to be in the spotlight, but also have an important meaning as something that assures a rejection-avoidance need for approval, namely, the feeling of “not wanting to be disliked by everyone.” For this reason, people with a dependency on SNS strongly seek connections with people who understand them while paying excessive attention to communication they engage in. As a result, an addiction to human relationships is formed. At present we have a “fear of alienation”, that we will be isolated if we neglect to care for others. Yet SNS have the advantages of alleviating this fear that we might be disillusioned with knowing ourselves as we are, and allowing us to choose a specific relationship with a reduced risk of being hurt. Thus, we are addicted to SNS.2020-03-14T15:00:00Z仏教における継承者不足とジェンダー : 天台宗の調査から荒井, 美月http://hdl.handle.net/11173/30302020-06-08T16:30:45Z2020-03-14T15:00:00Zタイトル: 仏教における継承者不足とジェンダー : 天台宗の調査から

抄録: Kawata Tadashi (1925-2008), publishing the first Japanese text book on the subject of International Relations (Kokusai Kankei Gairon) in 1958, is regarded as one of the founders of “International Relations” in the post-world war II Japan. On the other hand, he is also known as one of the founders of other disciplines in Japan, that is, “International Political Economy” and “Peace Research.” He started his research from International Relations, then developed it into International Political Economy and Peace Research. Then, what are the characteristics of his each researches? How do the three disciplines related to each other? And, what are the most important consideration which permeated Kawata’s entire researches? This paper examines the above questions, following basically the chronological sequence of his research development. In the first section, Yanaihara Tadao’s “Colonial Policy Study,” which plays an important role in providing the basis of Kawata’s International Relations, is examined. In the second section, Kawata’s International Relations and International Political Economy are considered. Because Kawata’s International Relations are conceived as the set of International Economics and International Politics from the beginning, it is not surprising that his International Relations developed into International Political Economy. Kawata’s International Relations is characterized by strong criticism against realism which tends to hinder social change. And Kawata’s International Political Economy is characterized by his attitude exploring the possible change of international society with an emphasis on morality. In the third section, Kawata’s Peace Research is considered. While his Peace Research shares in common the features mentioned above, namely, criticism of realism, emphasis on morality, and search for social change, it is also important to realize that his aspirations for peace, created through his own experience on the war, is the major support for his Peace Research.2020-03-14T15:00:00Z京都市東山区における自主防災組織と町内会の現状 : 2018年自主防災部長アンケート調査より奥井, 亜紗子http://hdl.handle.net/11173/30322020-06-08T16:30:45Z2020-03-14T15:00:00Zタイトル: 京都市東山区における自主防災組織と町内会の現状 : 2018年自主防災部長アンケート調査より

抄録: Higashiyama-ward, Kyoto, where Kyoto Women's University is located, is categorized to be an urban super-aging society where over 30% of the population is over the age of 65. In 1999, 100% of the Kyoto city’s neighborhood established their own voluntary disaster prevention organizations. This high awareness of disaster prevention speaks to the long history of strong local community building. However, with the aging of residents becoming serious, the future of regional disaster prevention has also reached a turning point. In response to these issues, I conducted a survey in 2018 to voluntary disaster prevention managers in Higashiyama-ward with the cooperation of the Higashiyama Fire Department to understand the current state of voluntary disaster prevention and the management actual of the neighborhood associations. Based on the survey, (1)Voluntary disaster prevention managers are divided into two types, “inexperienced and currently still working” managers who are selected through an obligatory rotation system, or “experienced elderly” managers centering on the 65-74 age group including baby boomers. Local disaster prevention is being barely maintained by the latter “experienced elderly group”. (2) While the shortage of human resources significantly affects the status of voluntary disaster prevention efforts and is of high concern for managers, voluntary disaster prevention programs that emerge from the collaboration of multiple neighborhood associations mitigates this concern. (3) Neighborhood associations, which serve as the fundamental base for voluntary disaster prevention programs is rapidly declining, particularly for small neighborhood associations with 20 households or less. The maintenance and continuation of such associations is fading with uncertainty for the future. There is a need to examine how to systematically promote cooperation among voluntary disaster prevention organizations beyond the scope of neighborhood associations, while also respecting the historical independence of the “Machi” in Kyoto.2020-03-14T15:00:00Z
